Jim calls Stockton California home and his business is located in the City of Lodi CA. 

I photograph many local weddings and several destination weddings a year. Something different is what we are all about: Jim Johnson Photography is in constant movement in setting the trends for a unique look and product for your wedding photography. I have been a professional photographer for over 2 decades  I love wedding photography.  it is not only my job, it is my sincere passion. I photograph each wedding as if it were my own.
I am dedicated to embracing and capturing the love and life of others through my photography. I believe that every moment is magical and that it is my joy to be apart of your lives.    I may not be able to stop time, but I can capture a memory that is timeless.  My philosophy about weddings is this...simply put, it is your day. Not my day. My job is to capture the beauty of your celebration without interfering. Too be a helpful presence. And too treat your wedding as something that's unique and not as a photography package. One size does not fit all!
While I create all the photography and artistic work, Robbi, My wife and Partner, manages the overall business and support responsibilities.  Robbi and I have 2 children, Jamie, who is off to college and Josh.  Jamie is a Photographer in her own right and Josh is a budding Wedding Photographer and artist at age 16.  Jim, Robbi, the kids and the cat live  just outside of the Lodi CA. area.   I love wedding photography and I would love to photograph your wedding.
